Job description:
- Ensuring income flow by effectively attracting and onboarding B2C and B2B customers into the service;
- Direct team coordination and task assignment to functional managers (marketing, finance, etc.);
- Preparation and management of the operational budget;
- Standardization of the rental business model and processes;
- Ensuring smooth building operation and fault resolution;
- Expanding operations into new markets.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of managerial experience, including 1-3 years in a formal director position;
- Good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written;
- Proactiveness and professionalism;
- Dynamic and quick response to situations.
