- Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy aligned with the company’s objectives
- Set and achieve high sales targets to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities
- Utilize strong analytical skills for data-driven sales decisions

- Previous successful experience in leadership and leading a sales team
- Previous successful B2B sales experience at the international level with physical products (experience with agricultural products, grains, fuel, tractors, and similar products is preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Charisma, ability to motivate people, empathy, excellent communication skills, and a "yes, we can" attitude
- Experience in international trade, animal feed, or protein trade is an advantage
