The main activity of the company is the production of timber trailers, hydraulic cranes, various sizes of grapples, and other equipment for forest and agriculture. As a well-known and recognized brand in Europe, K.T.S production exports its products to Europe and the USA.
Job description:
- Full financial and leadership oversight of the business.
- Accountability for all company operations.
- Successfully implementing the company’s policy and achieving goals.
- Building and maintaining an effective working team in the company.
- Driving changes and work with continuous improvements.
- Controlling finance and budgeting.
- Maintaining great relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Experience in management as a managing director, director, or in a similar role.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
- Result-oriented and goal-oriented personality.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work in the manufacturing site located in Utena.
