We are looking for an experienced product leader to drive the company’s product strategy, product portfolio, and long-term product roadmap.

The role is responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, defining product direction, and ensuring that product investments create sustainable competitive advantage and business growth.

The CPO will work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align product strategy with market needs and business objectives.

The role is responsible not only for maximizing the performance of the existing product portfolio but also for identifying future growth opportunities through new markets, customer segments, applications, and adjacent product categories.

• Explore and assess opportunities for expansion into new markets, customer segments, applications, and product categories.
• Drive product prioritization and investment decisions.
• Define product requirements, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
• Lead market, customer, competitor, and technology analysis.
• Assess market attractiveness, strategic fit, and growth potential of new business opportunities.
• Develop recommendations for future portfolio expansion and long-term growth initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and product development activities.
• Work closely with R&D to translate product strategy into development priorities.
• Support successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous portfolio optimization.
