As the Head of Operational Excellence, you will lead initiatives to ensure efficiency and excellence in operational processes, focusing on logistics and service delivery. Your role will involve overseeing end-to-end processes, driving continuous improvement strategies, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals.

You will be responsible for:
