Our client – Mediq – the company, which serves healthcare professionals and patients with medical devices, healthcare products, and innovative solutions, is growing in Lithuania. This year, the company opened a new business shared service center in Vilnius and is now looking for a Sourcing Assistant. Job description: 

Join Mediq as an HR Services People & Process Manager, where you'll lead digital service delivery from our HR Shared Service Center across various countries. Your key responsibilities will include managing outsourced payroll, ensuring the timeliness and quality of HR processes, developing and managing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee a team of HRSC specialists, ensuring high levels of motivation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role reports to the HR Operations Manager and is based in the Vilnius Business Services Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain the HR department's administrative organization.
  • Act as an advisor for HR staff, managers, and employees on personnel administration.
  • Oversee outsourced payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and manage KPIs and service level agreements, lead KPI calls, and manage relationships with Mediq countries.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to HR guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments for HRSC development.
  • Provide standard and ad hoc reports for management purposes.
  • Manage HRSC employees, ensuring motivation and maintaining knowledge and experience levels.
  • Monitor staffing and budget for the HRSC.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts within the HRSC.
  • HBO working and thinking level.
  • Education in administration is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with HR administrative organization and HR systems.
  • Leadership experience with strong communication skills.
  • Numerical insight and accuracy.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Monthly Salary:
