Job description:

Our client is a well-established financial institution in the Baltic region undergoing a major transformation to modernize its operations and strengthen its market position. With a strong presence in retail and corporate banking, the organization is investing in digital innovation, including building new technology platforms and enhancing core banking capabilities, while operating within a highly regulated European environment.

We invite you to join as a: Senior Agentic Product Engineer (Mobile).

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the mobile platform technically and grow the function from here;
  • Own the shared module architecture and ship one codebase to iOS and Android;
  • Integrate with backend APIs and handle local data and state;
  • Make AI agents a core part of how the team designs, builds, and ships;
  • Set the standards for code quality, testing, and release;
  • Partner with product, design, and backend on what to build and how.

 

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of mobile experience with Kotlin, ideally including KMP;
  • Strong hands-on experience with Compose Multiplatform;
  • Solid experience with Ktor, SQLDelight, Koin, and Coroutines;
  • Track record of shipping production iOS and Android apps;
  • Working AI-native day to day with tools like Cursor and Claude Code;
  • Comfortable owning architecture decisions and setting technical direction;

Nice to have:

  • Experience modularizing mobile apps with KMP, designed to scale beyond a monolith.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated industry;
  • Background setting up a mobile platform from scratch;
  • Familiarity with DORA, PCI DSS, or NIS2.
