Job description:
  •             Drive end-to-end solution architecture across the customer communication domain
  •             Collaborate with multiple squads and business stakeholders on solution delivery
  •             Define architectural patterns and ensure consistency across teams
  •             Guide distributed systems design and integration approaches
  •             Support scalable and reliable delivery of customer communication solutions
  •             Align technical decisions with broader business goals and roadmaps
  •             Contribute to architecture governance and cross-team coordination
  •             Facilitate communication and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  •             Help identify challenges, propose solutions, and create implementation roadmaps
  •             Support key strategic initiatives, including AI adoption, platform improvements, and process optimization
Requirements:
  • Strong Solution Architecture experience with distributed systems and enterprise-scale solution design
  • Excellent technical knowledge of .NET and/or Java
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and architectural trade-offs
  • Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), governance, and scalable delivery practices
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Important: Candidates with limited architecture experience may also be considered if they bring a strong engineering background, exposure to architectural work, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
