Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader (Data Analysis) with 5+ years of professional experience to join our growing team in Vilnius.

In this role, you will work on complex international consulting projects, leading analytical workstreams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-driven solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, where you will combine advanced analytical work with team coordination responsibilities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, working with large datasets, and leading analytical initiatives in a fast-paced and intellectually demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytical workstreams within international consulting projects.
  • Design structured solutions to complex data-driven problems.
  • Work hands-on with large datasets – cleaning, transforming, and modelling data.
  • Develop and validate quantitative models using Python and SQL.
  • Break down complex analytical problems into manageable components.
  • Review and guide analytical work delivered by Data Analysts and Associate Team Leaders.
  • Present analytical insights to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and analytical robustness.
  • Mentor team members and support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with international teams on high-impact projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Analytics, Quantitative Modelling, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Strong experience with SQL and working with large, structured datasets.
  • Experience designing and building analytical models.
  • Experience leading analytical workflows or coordinating project tasks.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

We consider as bonus if you have:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Background in statistics, mathematics, or data science.
  • Experience working in international environments or projects.

Monthly Salary:
