Darbo aprašymas:

Develop the marketing strategy, positioning and action plans for assigned products to achieve sales and profit objectives in alignment with global direction and local business needs.
Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, materials, and tools for products under responsibility, ensuring a consistent customer experience across channels.
Prepare, implement, and communicate product cycle campaigns and brand priorities during cycle meetings and other relevant forums.
Develop promotional plans, projects and activities and closely cooperate with Sales, Medical Affairs and other departments to ensure effective and compliant execution of initiatives such as round tables, market research and scientific projects.
Establish and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with key external stakeholders and engage them appropriately to strengthen insight generation and execution quality.
Regularly follow up and analyze market performance, customer insights, competitor activity and relevant market data for products under responsibility, and translate findings into recommendations and corrective actions.
Closely monitor monthly sales performance and business results, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actions to minimize negative impact and support delivery of objectives.
Prepare product forecasts and support demand planning processes to improve planning accuracy and business decision-making.
Manage and monitor product-related budgets within agreed limits and track return on investment for key activities.
Effectively collaborate and act as a team player with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization to maximize business impact and execution excellence.
Ensure high-quality, performance-driven and compliant marketing activities in line with company standards and the promotional strategy of Servier products.
Take responsibility for products and activities across the Baltics Cluster.
Share expertise, contribute to team capability building, and support onboarding or coaching of less experienced colleagues when relevant.
Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Reikalavimai:

Higher education diploma, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing, medical, or sales functions, with exposure to brand management and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong understanding of the product, therapy area and scientific evidence, with the ability to use insights within approved indications to support credible brand positioning and customer value propositions.
Sound situational analysis skills to shape brand plans and translate opportunities into focused actions, priorities and measurable execution.
Understanding of core digital and omnichannel marketing concepts, tools and performance metrics.
Financial acumen and analytical skills, including performance data interpretation, budget monitoring, ROI evaluation and forecasting.
Strong leadership, collaboration, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a structured, analytical and results-oriented approach.

Fluent English, written and spoken.
