About the position

You will become part of a small, highly collaborative Enterprise Security team working closely with Engineering, Product, BI, Sales, and IT Operations. Your primary focus will be on automating security processes, integrating security tools, and improving the efficiency of security operations in a modern AdTech environment.

This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technologies, automation, APIs, and AI while helping shape how security is implemented across a global organization.

Main responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automation for security workflows across GRC, vulnerability management, SOC monitoring, and security architecture.
Develop automation solutions for risk management and compliance processes.
Build integrations between security tools using APIs and GraphQL.
Improve and automate customer-facing security activities, including RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
Introduce AI-driven capabilities and automation to enhance security operations.
Improve SOC monitoring processes and automated response capabilities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, BI, Sales, and IT Operations teams to integrate security into everyday workflows.
Drive continuous improvements across governance, compliance, risk management, vulnerability management, penetration testing, security architecture, and monitoring processes.

Reikalavimai:

Solid experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or Security Engineering.
Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001/27017, CIS Controls, NIS2, and OWASP.
Experience designing or implementing security automation and process improvements.
Experience working with REST APIs and/or GraphQL integrations.
Ability to translate security requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to have

Experience with AI agents or AI-powered automation within security operations.
Familiarity with BI tools, data processing, or database integrations.
Knowledge of AI-related security risks and governance.
Experience working in cloud-based and fast-paced technology environments.
