Pineca Group (AV projektai) - an online supplier of a wide range of prefabricated wooden buildings, including residential houses and log cabins, garden buildings and hobby spaces, garages and carports. Pineca’s journey started in 2009 as a small B2B-focused initiative that launched its first B2C e-commerce website in 2011. Since then, it has turned into an online business with €65 MM annual revenue from 9 European markets (the UK, France, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden) and has big plans to expand further.
- Create and implement a turn-key product development strategy taking into account the company's vision, goals, market needs and competition
- Organize all necessary resources and suppliers for the implementation of turn-key products
- Responsibility for the procurement of parts required for turn-key products
- Responsibility for the assembly of turn-key products
- Lead the turn-key product department by hiring talents and subcontractors, developing their competencies, constantly monitoring and improving their performance indicators
- Create, optimize and standardize the work processes of the turn-key product department
- Analyze critical information and develop data-driven strategies to drive turn-key product success
- Successfully manage changes in the organization related to turn-key product development
- Ensure team workload, quality and timely completion of projects as per business need
- Eliminate any barriers to achieving turn-key product department goals
Goals for the first 3 months
#1 Shape the MVP (minimal viable product) turn-key product offer for DE market (the width and depth of assortment, services needed, pricing model) keeping in mind fast time to market requirement.
#2 Prepare the human resources and/or subcontractors need plan.
#3 Prepare the full path vertical workflow on how our MVP product sales and delivery till turn-key should be organized.
#4 Make competition analysis and identify our UVP (unique value proposition).
#5 Find potential initial subcontractors in order to prepare pricing model.
#6 Prepare the list (with conditions) of potential financing partners in DE market.
- Experience in construction or engineering: in business development or project management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: The ability to "open doors" and build relationships.
- A proactive, energetic personality with leadership potential.
