The Opportunity:
As the Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in Lithuania and solidifying our position as a leader in the Baltics. You’ll be based in Vilnius at the vibrant Technopolis Delta office, leading a growing team while reporting directly to HQ in Tallinn, Estonia. Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Estateguru's vision, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to Lithuania's dynamic market.
Market Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and market entry in the real estate industry.
Team Leadership: Build and empower a team of top talent, driving a culture of accountability, creativity, and high performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with investors, regulators, partners, and other key stakeholders to solidify Estateguru’s market position.
Operational Excellence: Oversee financial performance, risk management, and operational efficiency to ensure profitability and scalability.
Innovation & Adaptability: Stay ahead of market trends, driving the adoption of emerging technologies and customer-focused solutions.
- Proven success in executive leadership roles, with 5+ years of experience in financial institutions, real estate, fintech, or scale-ups.
- Track record of scaling businesses, achieving financial targets, and driving operational efficiency.
- Solid knowledge of the real estate market and pan-Baltic operations is highly valued.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Hands-on, collaborative, and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.

A competitive monthly salary of €7,500–€9,000 gross, aligned with your experience and expertise.
