Our client – TGS Baltic – is a top-tier commercial law firm with offices in all the Baltic countries. They help clients to succeed in their business objectives and provide solutions to complex legal problems and advice on strategic decisions as well as day-to-day advice for regular and one-time clients. So, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Professional with strong leadership skills, to join the pan-Baltic TGS Baltic team.


Darbo aprašymas: 


Your duties will include, but not be limited, to the following:

  • BD strategy development with the purpose to attract new international clients and projects in all Baltic offices and its  implementation
  • Leadership and relationship fostering – build relationships with internal stakeholders and lead teams towards BD actions
  • Proposals/bids – take the lead on proposals/pitches, credentials and presentations, including: competitor analysis, developing value propositions, proposal writing and management, and debriefs
  • Client development – drive forward targeting efforts across the firm's key client programs, supporting relationship teams in using the consultancy as a differentiator in their client strategy as well as generating and pursuing leads for new solutions and products
  • Internal engagement – close integration with the firm’s legal teams is at the heart of the firm's strategy, hand in hand work with the firm‘s marketing team in each Baltic office
  • BD planning and advice – develop, deliver and assess the success of business development and marketing plans for specific offerings or launches
  • Campaign management – work with the Group Heads, and marketing and communication teams to develop and execute the BD/CRM elements of integrated marketing and business development campaigns including planning roundtables and client briefings to generate new business opportunities and raise the firm’s market profile


  • 5+ years of business development/marketing experience in a corporate or partnership environment is preferred, preferably with knowledge and experience of legal services, B2B services. Although candidates with less experience will be considered, providing they meet the required competencies. Education in law would be considered a benefit
  • Strong leadership skills for working in a contemporary organisation
  • Ability to work in a multi-national environment, including strong English language skills
  • Pan – Baltic work experience
  • Experience of leading pitching opportunities in an international professional services environment
  • Demonstrated experience in building strategic relationships, managing clients and pursuing new business opportunities on international level
  • Strong project management skills and experience, excellent organizational, planning and project administrative skills
  • Strong co-operation skills
  • Flexibility in working with teams in offices in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius
