Job description:
As a Lawyer at InRento, you will be integral to the legal, compliance and regulatory operations of a fast-growing crowdfunding company. You’ll provide legal support to ensure compliance, draft and review contracts, and assist in driving the company’s international expansion efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to grow their career in the investment industry.
Your Role in Our Team:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, ensuring alignment with the business needs, applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support to the executive team on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all markets of operation.
- Conduct legal research on various legal topics, including but not limited to investment laws and regulations in current and potential markets.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including international market entry, by assessing legal and compliance risks and advising on solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of legal experience, ideally in corporate, financial, or investment law.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Highly skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
