Our client - InRento was launched in 2020, they've introduced buy-to-let investment opportunities in Lithuania, Poland, and Spain, and gathered an investors community of over 16,000 investors worldwide. Today, the company wants to shift its focus from generating more registrations to converting its existing investors‘ community and providing a better investor relations experience overall. As a Lawyer at InRento, you will be integral to the legal, compliance and regulatory operations of a fast-growing crowdfunding company. You’ll provide legal support to ensure compliance, draft and review contracts, and assist in driving the company’s international expansion efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to grow their career in the investment industry.
Your Role in Our Team:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, ensuring alignment with the business needs, applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support to the executive team on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all markets of operation.
- Conduct legal research on various legal topics, including but not limited to investment laws and regulations in current and potential markets.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including international market entry, by assessing legal and compliance risks and advising on solutions.
- At least 2 years of legal experience, ideally in corporate, financial, or investment law.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Highly skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
