- Organize annual strategic planning by analyzing market insights, scenario analysis, and anticipating challenges.
- Ensure strategic objectives have measurable KPIs and are actionable across departments.
- Use analytics to drive data-driven decisions, assess market trends, and collaborate with finance and sales on forecasting and financial models.
- Provide insights on product performance, pricing, and market positioning.
- Segment the customer base to guide product development and marketing strategies and implement feedback programs to maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Act as a liaison between departments to integrate insights into strategic planning.
- Experience working in an analyst position with various data to make business-critical decisions based on data
- Good English language skills
- Very good Excel knowledge
- Proficiency in Power BI is a big advantage
- SQL knowledge is a significant advantage
