Our client - RETAL Industries, an international plastics packaging manufacturer, has been at the forefront of advancing the PET industry with over two decades of expertise in technology and service. With 13 production sites in 9 countries the company drives innovation and excellence in packaging solutions. Their sales area encompasses more than 70 countries throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
- Forecast sales, production capacity, and material demand within the EU plants to plan production accordingly.
- Forecast and plan production processes and submit daily, weekly, and monthly plans, ensuring smooth operations and meeting deadlines, participate in CAPEX planning.
- Manage data from various systems, automate performance tracking, and collaborate with other departments for data submission, reporting, and performance indicator automation.
- Analyze regional work processes, propose improvements, and adapt Group planning procedures for local implementation within the EU and USA plants (10 plants in total, 9 in the EU and 1 in the USA).
- Travel to participate in the knowledge transfer by training the local staff on production planning processes, monitoring and improving planning accuracy.
- Approx. 3+ years of experience in production planning, sales planning, or financial analysis within manufacturing/production.
- Full proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Determined and results-oriented personality with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and an ability to learn quickly to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Clear and precise communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced user of MS Excel and the ability to work with big data.
- Proficiency in Russian, Spanish, Italian, and French would be an advantage.
- Data processing and automation skills would be an advantage.
- Hybrid work environment (2 days per week from home, but to be discussed).
