Job description:
- Ensure the upkeep and regular maintenance of press tooling, dies, and related equipment.
- Provide a troubleshooting and rapid response service to the press shop for tool-related issues.
- Promptly report any concerns that may affect the lifespan or function of tools.
- Aid in the tool setting functions and assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the production engineering department.
- Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures for component assembly and press operations.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe working environment within the tooling areas.
- Adhere to the required quality standards for all tooling and engineering work.
- Engage in work-specific training and development opportunities.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, policies, and standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, or Certification through a recognized tool-making apprenticeship;
- The ability to read drawings and 3D models;
- 2+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in press tooling maintenance and manufacture;
- English language (B1-B2) would be an advantage;
- Strong ability to plan tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Leadership skills and high sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the flexibility to adapt to business needs;
- Strong analytical thinking;
- Proven problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and a proactive approach with a “can do” attitude.

Monthly Salary:
2000-3500 Eur Gross.
