Our client PHOENIX Business Services is an international Shared Services Centre based in Vilnius, supporting PHOENIX Group – the largest pharmaceutical and healthcare provider in Europe. With a team of over 200 professionals, the organization delivers finance, accounting, procurement, and IT services across multiple European markets while continuously improving processes and investing in people development.

Darbo aprašymas:

We are currently looking for a Business Deployment Expert (Finance Systems & Transformation) to join the team in Vilnius and coordinate the roll-out of financial processes and digital solutions across PHOENIX Group companies. The primary focus will be on deploying Basware and standardizing Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

This opportunity is suited to a professional with international project management experience who can bridge business and IT needs, coordinate change and ensure new processes and systems are successfully adopted in day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the roll-out of financial processes, standards and digital solutions across PHOENIX Group countries, with a particular focus on Basware and AP processes;
  • Plan international deployment activities and manage timelines, scope, quality and key project milestones;
  • Collaborate with global process owners, IT teams, external partners and local business stakeholders;
  • Facilitate workshops, assess existing processes, identify gaps and align solutions with group-wide standards;
  • Manage project risks, dependencies and issues, coordinate resolutions and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders;
  • Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing (SIT and UAT), ensuring readiness for launch;
  • Coordinate change communications, end-user training, go-live activities and post-launch support (hyper care);
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate processes, working with business and IT teams on improvements.
Reikalavimai:

We are looking for a proactive, independent and well-organized professional who can manage multiple activities, engage cross-functional teams and deliver tangible project outcomes in an international environment.

  • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, preferably gained in an international business environment;
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving successful implementations;
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills;
  • Experience supporting change management, training and the adoption of new processes or systems;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities, manage priorities, identify risks and take ownership of deliverables;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach;
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • Willingness to learn new tools (e.g. ServiceNow, etc.).
