Darbo aprašymas:

Define team objectives, plan and organize team activities, develop and motivate team members, and ensure high performance and achievement of business goals.
Coordinate the company’s financial planning processes and monitor the achievement of business and financial targets.
Partner with business units to prepare and evaluate business initiatives and investment projects using NPV and DCF methodologies, providing recommendations and insights to support decision-making.
Prepare and coordinate financial and operational performance analysis for the LTG Link management team, LTG Group, and the Company’s Board, assess variances, monitor performance, and provide insights and recommendations to improve business efficiency.
Lead service profitability analysis, cost calculation, cost allocation, and management accounting processes, ensuring their accuracy and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and enhance business control processes, identify risks, and ensure appropriate risk management measures are implemented.
Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of business processes by analyzing, initiating, and implementing new solutions.
Drive performance improvement initiatives and promote a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
Participate in financial audit processes and coordinate the resolution of business control-related matters.
Lead and coordinate the implementation of organizational and operational changes within the area of responsibility.

Reikalavimai:

University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
At least 3 years of leadership experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, financial controlling, strategy, or a related field.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to structure, synthesize, and manage large volumes of information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, VBA/Macros, and Power BI.
Experience working with AI tools and SAP would be considered an advantage.
Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills, with English proficiency of at least B2 level.
