Job description: 

As Regional Sales Manager, your primary objective is to generate sales and profit in line with company sales targets in your allocated sales territory. 

The job holder will also create and execute sales strategies that align with the market in your respective sales territory, manage key accounts, and generate new business by identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent product advice and technical support whenever required to build and maintain relationships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create and execute effective sales strategies that enable the achievement of sales targets. 
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call and meet up with existing or potential clients/business partners. 
  • Keeps management informed by utilizing company CRM & submitting activity/results reports. 
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
  • Provide regional recommendations/insights on product changes by evaluating results and competitive developments. 
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice and technical support. 
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.  
Requirements: 
  • 3+years of experience in heating, electronics & systems control, and their operation. 
  • Must have experience selling within a market (B2B). 
  • Proven sales history that demonstrates exceptional negotiation skills. 
  • Strong communicator who can build effective internal/external relationships and maintain effective networks. 
  • Strategy development.  
  • Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure and still produce results. 
Monthly Salary: 

3800 - 4130 Eur/Gross.
