Job description:
For the further development of our branch in Vilnius (Lithuania) we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager.
- Financial accounting in accordance with IFRS standards of the company;
- Compliance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting, tax calculation and payment procedures, and submission of financial and accounting reports to state institutions;
- Responsible for settlements with creditors and debtors, the tax authority, the state social insurance fund, and the budget;
- Control of cash or bank operations in the Company's accounts;
- Adherence to internal policies and standards;
- Collaboration with internal and external audits, and coordination of audit work;
- Working with a directly subordinate team;
- Working on process automation.
Requirements:
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance, audit, or economics is required;
- No less than 5 years of work experience in accounting field;
- Excellent English language skills (both oral and written);
- Knowledge of and experience with IFRS and Lithuanian accounting standards;
- Knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Good computer skills;
- Results-oriented, diligent and attentive to detail;
- Good time management and prioritization skills;
- Willingness to learn, to develop and to share your expertise with others;
- Experience in managing a team of people.

Monthly Salary:
3700 – 6000 Eur/Gross. Final offer depends on candidate's competencies.
