About the employer

CERVA Group is a well-established European company specialising in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Its broad product portfolio includes protective gloves, safety footwear, workwear, fall protection equipment and other occupational safety solutions.
CERVA has been active in the Baltic States for approximately 15–20 years and already has an established customer base and ongoing business in Lithuania. The company has recently become part of the international YouPower Group, further strengthening its position and growth ambitions in the European market.
Following successful growth through dedicated local market coverage in Latvia, CERVA is now strengthening its presence in Lithuania and looking for a Country Sales Representative - Lithuania.
This is a newly created and highly independent role for an experienced B2B sales professional who will take dedicated commercial responsibility for the Lithuanian market, develop existing customer relationships and actively drive new business.

Job description:
  • Develop CERVA’s business and sales across the Lithuanian market.
  • Manage, strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers and Key Accounts.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, importers, end-users and key decision-makers.
  • Analyse the Lithuanian PPE market, customer needs, competitors and market developments.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development plans for Lithuania.
  • Prepare annual sales plans, budgets and forecasts and work towards agreed commercial targets.
  • Develop strong knowledge of CERVA’s product portfolio and provide relevant commercial and product support to customers.
  • Monitor competitors and provide regular market and customer feedback to CERVA.
  • Implement agreed pricing and trading policies.
  • Propose and support relevant local marketing and trade activities.
  • Cooperate closely with CERVA colleagues and other group entities abroad.
  • Professionally represent CERVA and its product portfolio in Lithuania.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in non-food and/or technical products.
  • Strong B2B sales and business development experience, including both new customer acquisition and development of existing accounts.
  • Ability and motivation to work independently and take ownership of the Lithuanian market.
  • Strong customer relationship-building and commercial skills.
  • Conversational English for regular cooperation with international colleagues.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial and self-reliant approach.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Lithuania and meet customers in person.

Previous experience in PPE, occupational safety, workwear, safety footwear, industrial safety or related products would be a strong advantage.

However, direct PPE experience is not mandatory. CERVA is also open to experienced B2B sales professionals from adjacent technical and non-food sectors, such as tools, professional cleaning supplies, industrial products or other technical product categories.

What matters most is strong commercial experience, the ability to develop business and the confidence to operate independently in the Lithuanian market.

WORKING MODEL

This is a field-oriented commercial role combining customer visits with home-based administrative work:

  • Approximately 75% of the role involves travelling and meeting customers across Lithuania.
  • Approximately 25% is dedicated to administrative, planning and follow-up activities.
  • The administrative part of the role is home-office based.
  • The candidate can be based anywhere in Lithuania.
  • The role is dedicated specifically to the Lithuanian market.

As CERVA currently does not have a legal entity in Lithuania, the preferred cooperation model is an independent / self-employed B2B arrangement.

For an exceptional candidate, an alternative employment solution may also be considered.

  • Bonus payments on a quarterly basis with an annual recalculation to account for seasonal differences.
  • Reimbursement of approved business-related travel expenses.

€2,000 monthly fixed B2B consultancy fee + performance-based bonus, with significant upside for exceeding targets. Business-related travel expenses are reimbursed separately.
