Mikron is strengthening its IT leadership organization and building Data, Analytics & AI as a dedicated enterprise capability. We are looking for a Head of Data, Analytics & AI to shape how data and AI are governed, developed and used across the organization.
Reporting directly to the CIO, you will lead a small technical team and work across IT and business functions. This role combines strategic ownership with a practical, hands-on approach.
You will own enterprise Data, Analytics & AI capabilities, including platforms, governance, reusable data products, analytics services and AI foundations.
Key responsibilities:
Define and lead the enterprise data, analytics and AI strategy and roadmap.
Govern AI use cases from ideation to production, ensuring clear business value.
Establish responsible AI guardrails covering security, privacy, traceability and human oversight.
Lead adoption of generative AI, copilots, knowledge search and document intelligence capabilities.
Ensure alignment with S/4HANA, Workday and enterprise application platforms.
Requirements:
What we are looking for:
Strong leadership experience in Data, Analytics and AI.
Experience governing AI and generative AI use cases from pilot to production.
Strong stakeholder management and value realization mindset.
Good understanding of responsible AI, privacy and security requirements.
Practical, hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking.
Strong English skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, Purview or Data Factory.
Experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of master data, metadata, lineage and data quality.
Exposure to AI governance and enterprise AI use cases.
Experience with Salesforce and/or Workday data environments.
