Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys not only finding the right candidates, but also working closely with hiring managers and having an active role in recruitment decisions?

PHOENIX Group, an international healthcare company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Vilnius. With new functions and teams continuing to transition to Lithuania, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of recruitment projects while being part of an international Talent Acquisition community.

In this role, you will:

Manage the full recruitment process, from understanding the hiring need to supporting the final candidate selection.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, CVbankas and other recruitment channels.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ experience, motivation and overall fit.
Work closely with hiring managers, advise them on the candidate market and support recruitment decisions.
Recruit for a variety of positions, with a strong focus on Finance and Accounting roles as well as other specialist and leadership positions.
Have the opportunity to contribute to Employer Branding, hiring manager training and other HR or international Talent Acquisition initiatives, depending on your interests.

Reikalavimai:

Have hands-on recruitment experience and be comfortable managing the recruitment process independently.
Have experience with active candidate sourcing, not only working with incoming applications.
Be confident in communicating and building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Be comfortable advising hiring managers and sharing your professional opinion.
Communicate confidently in English.

Experience in a Shared Services / Business Services environment, an international company, Finance or Accounting recruitment, or involvement in Employer Branding and other HR projects would be considered an advantage.
