Darbo aprašymas:

We are looking for an Ecosystem Growth Lead to help shape the future of Lithuania’s startup ecosystem.

This person will identify opportunities, bring together key stakeholders, and lead initiatives that make Lithuania a better place to build and scale technology companies. From founder communities and strategic partnerships to international ecosystem collaborations, you’ll help drive the next stage of ecosystem growth.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating initiatives from scratch, and turning ideas into tangible impact.

What You’ll Do

Drive Ecosystem Development

  • Identify opportunities, challenges, and gaps within Lithuania’s startup ecosystem.
  • Engage founders and ecosystem stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Develop and execute Unicorns Lithuania’s ecosystem growth strategy.
  • Design and lead initiatives that strengthen the startup ecosystem and create long-term value.
  • Track ecosystem trends, measure impact, and help shape future priorities.

 

Build and Grow Founder Communities

  • Develop and grow founder communities that foster meaningful connections, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
  • Organize ecosystem events and community-building activities that strengthen the startup network.
  • Help cultivate a strong culture of founder support and ecosystem participation.

Build Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Develop and manage relationships with investors, corporations, accelerators, startup associations, and ecosystem organizations.
  • Expand Unicorns Lithuania’s network of strategic partners both locally and internationally.
  • Create partnership models that generate value for founders, ecosystem stakeholders, and Unicorns Lithuania.
  • Secure funding, sponsorships, and strategic support for ecosystem initiatives.
  • Lead the successful delivery of joint projects and collaborative ecosystem programs.

Position Lithuania on the Global Startup Map

  • Build relationships with leading European and global startup ecosystem organizations.
  • Create opportunities for Lithuanian founders to connect with international networks, investors, and partners.
  • Help strengthen Lithuania’s reputation as a leading destination for technology entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Represent Unicorns Lithuania in regional and international ecosystem initiatives.
Reikalavimai:

● Experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, business development, innovation, venture capital, community building, or related fields.
● Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to own projects from idea to execution.
● Excellent communication, networking, and facilitation skills.
● Experience working with startups, investors, corporations, public sector institutions, or ecosystem organizations.
● Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
● Passion for startups, innovation, and helping others succeed.
● Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
